The Gryphon™ 4600 series sets a new benchmark for handheld barcode scanning. From its reduced power consumption and recyclable materials to its advanced optics and intelligent illumination, Gryphon 4600 represents a smarter, greener way to scan.
Designed for Sustainability
Datalogic’s first handheld scanner line to embrace an eco-friendly design, the Gryphon 4600 achieves up to 25% lower power consumption and incorporates over 70% recycled materials, reducing both energy use and environmental impact. Even its packaging and product weight are optimized to minimize carbon footprint, with independent verification and Carbon Footprint Certification in progress.
Advanced Imaging Technology
The Gryphon 4600 introduces dual-sensor (1.5 MP + VGA) optics, delivering superior depth-of-field and flawless readability from high-density to low-density codes, near or far. This flexibility allows a single device to cover multiple applications, reducing the need for model variants.
Dual-color LED illumination adapts automatically to the task, while a bright green LED crosshair aimer ensures precise targeting that’s both safe and easy to see. Whether scanning 1D, 2D, GS1 Digital Link, or digital watermark codes, Gryphon 4600 performs with exceptional accuracy and speed.
Powered by Intelligence
A high-speed dual-core processor, advanced decoding algorithms, and AI technology work together to accelerate first-pass reads — even for moving or damaged codes. Combined with Datalogic’s Green Spot good-read feedback, operators gain fast, reliable scanning in any environment, quiet or noisy.
